Test Series and Feasibility Studies
You are considering using infrared technology but are not yet sure whether your material or process is suitable? Or perhaps you already operate an infrared oven and are planning to change materials?
No problem – we are happy to support you with a suitable test series. Depending on your material and the scope of testing, several service options are available.
You can send us a sample of your material for testing at our facility. This approach is particularly useful when the primary goal is to determine the ideal wavelength for your material’s absorption spectrum and when samples can be easily handled in an appropriate size. In this case, we conduct tests with various types of infrared emitters and provide you with detailed results and recommendations.
If you prefer to carry out tests yourself, we can provide one of our rental infrared modules. These are available in different power levels and configurations and can be used flexibly for initial trials. This option is ideal if you already have a test setup or if you wish to evaluate directly connected or preceding process steps.
Should you require further support, we also offer on-site testing at your facility. For this purpose, we bring mobile infrared modules and measuring instruments and work together with you to achieve initial test results and evaluate the process under real production conditions. Together, we identify the most efficient and reliable infrared solution for your specific application and process requirements.
Oven Evaluation
When systems are overhauled or production steps are redefined, the question often arises as to whether and to what extent existing equipment can be reused. With our oven evaluation service, we support you in assessing your current infrared oven or heating system to determine which components can be integrated into a new setup.
Especially when converting from gas-fired to electric systems, a significant portion of the existing infrastructure can often be reused — helping to minimize conversion effort and overall costs.
In addition to evaluation, we are also pleased to assist you with the planning of system modifications and the design of new infrared installations, ensuring that your production process remains efficient, sustainable, and future-ready.

Maintenance
If you already operate an existing infrared system, we are pleased to offer you a comprehensive maintenance service.
Although both electric and gas-powered infrared systems are generally low maintenance, they should be regularly inspected to ensure proper functionality and compliance with current safety standards.
As part of our maintenance service, we take care of the cleaning of infrared components, the replacement of defective or damaged emitters and burners, as well as the inspection of control cabinets and electrical systems. Additional maintenance activities can also be carried out upon request.
Maintenance can be performed either as a one-time service or, by arrangement, on a regular scheduled basis to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency of your infrared system.
